Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Whenever my grand kids start to complain that they have a sore throat, I spray their mouth with a mixture of Peppermint and water that I have handy at all times. When I ask them a few minutes later, "How does your throat feel now?" They nonchalantly reply, "It's fine now."

They are so used to me bringing out my oils for what ails them that they think it's normal to feel better right away. In my experience with this mixture, it works just as well for adults.

I use a blue tinted 4 oz glass spray bottle that I fill with fresh filtered water and 3 drops of Peppermint. I add one small shake of the Stevia Select powder to sweeten it slightly. Always try to use a glass bottle when making an essential oil mixture like this.

I have read in the past that the oils should not come in contact with the plastics. The chemicals that are used to make plastics will leach into your mixture. I have been using oils since 2002 and I have never looked back!
