I have been using Sulfurzyme for 5 weeks and my nails have never been stronger. I look like I have a french manicure without the smelly polish.
I also have new hair growing in! I just got it cut and the stylist confirmed all the new growth coming in.
The main ingredient in Sulfurzyme is MSM, which is sulfur. It is one of the principle building blocks of hair and nails. I take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night.
