Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

On my left foot, the top part of my sole gets itchy in the evenings and when I go to bed. The itching will even wake me up in the middle of the night. My other foot is just fine. I've had this itchy problem for a few years, and the upper pad has a different, thick kind of callous skin on it, sometimes with tiny pieces of skin that I can peel off. I don't dare peel any off, however, because it's painful in that little spot for the next few days as it heals. The rest of the skin is like a baby's bottom in the winter time. I go barefoot in the summer, as much as possible, or wear sandals.

Every time I apply Peppermint oil to the itch, it stops! Like, within seconds. I've tried a few other oils, like Copaiba and the Thieves oil blend, and even a blend I concocted myself, but had little relief. That is until I randomly started putting Peppermint oil on. Doing that did the trick!

I simply apply one drop to that area of my foot, every time it itches, which is usually just in the evening after taking off my shoes, before bed. Then I don't itch any more until the next evening. It would be nice if it would just stop altogether, but I'm happy with my results at this time!
