Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Since I had learned of the use of oils such as olive and coconut for "pulling" bacteria from teeth, I decided to give it a try. I swigged a little over a tablespoonful of extra virgin olive oil and soaked my teeth for somewhere between 15 min and a half an hour, around the time I go to sleep for the night. Of course, you could add a drop of your favorite essential oil to improve the overall flavor.

I go to a dental school for my dental care. My readings ranged from 2 to 4 for several years. I also had bifurcation of a couple of molars, where the gum had receded, so there was gum exposed between the roots.

The last time I had my checkup this had all gone away, and my readings ranged from 1 to 3. They actually noticed a vast improvement in my gums AND there was no gum bifurcation any more.

It's amazing what various types of oils can do!
