For the last couple of days I have been struggling with severe muscle spasms in my back. Every time I go to bend over or reach for something I am stopped in my tracks with severe pain from the spasm.

So this morning I created a 10 ml. roller-bottle blend of wonderful essential oils, and this seems to be working for me. Just add 50% V-6 oil or any pure Olive oil along with the following oils:
8 drops of Ravintsara
8 drops of Black Pepper
20 drops of Copaiba

Shake the bottle well before each use. Roll the blend where needed and use up to 3 times a day. Then use hot and cold packs alternating on your back. It will continue to work well after a 1/2 hour. I hope this helps you.
