My 6 year old daughter had a blocked nose and sneezing.
I put a few drops of the RC oil blend on her feet, rubbed the vita flex point of lungs on her feet, then pressed hard on the vita flex point of nose (which is on the outer side of the big toe).
After like five minutes, she said her right side of her nose is not blocked anymore.
Then I pressed hard on her right big toe, and again like after a few minutes, she said blocked nose on the left is cleared. You should study reflexology sometime if you are unfamiliar with how vita flex points work.
It's amazing to me how high quality essential oil really helped my daughter's rhinitis!
