Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

As a doTERRA representative, I know that our oils are CPTG, which is the standard that we set for all oils companies. We are the world's number one essential oil company. CPTG stands for Certified, Pure, Essential Grade and we are considered medicinal strength oils. We source our own oils from third world countries first hand.

Well one of my health issues is high blood sugar. We have to be careful with medical terminology as the FDA has strict guidelines. My blood used to be really sweet and I was on 4 different medications for that. Now I am down to 1 medication.

I started the regimen below in January. It is now May and I have seen a significant change in my blood sugar. I used to have 250 and over at wake up. Now it is around 150 or less.

* The Lifelong Vitality Pack (doTERRA's number 1 selling product as it detoxes all of your organs). I use as directed
* Cinnamon oil put a drop under my tongue
* I use Clove, Cinnamon, Rosemary and Thyme oils in a roller bottle for the bottoms of my feet and pancreas
* I also put a drop or two of Ylang Ylang oil over my pancreas as well

I am very grateful for these essential oils.

4.Associated topics: diabetes — "Myrtle oil (MO) exerts hypoglycemic as well as mild hypotriglyceridemic activity in diabetic animals. The reduction in blood glucose level may be due to the reversible inhibition of alpha-glucosidases present in the brush-border of the small intestinal mucosa, higher rate of glycolysis as envisaged by the higher activity of glucokinase, as one of the key enzymes of glycolysis, and enhanced rate of glycogenesis as evidenced by the higher amount of liver glycogen present after MO administration."Link
5.Associated topics: diabetes — "Z. officinale [ginger] has been used to control diabetes and dyslipidemia [high cholesterol].... The marked rise in body weights, glucose, insulin, total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides, free fatty acids and phospholipids in serum of the rats that followed 6 weeks of high-fat diet treatment were significantly reduced by Z. officinale treatment.... The present results provide scientific evidence to substantiate the traditional use of Z. officinale in preventing metabolic disorders."Link
