My Mold Killer That Smells Like A Christmas Tree

We needed to do a little maintenance with my bathroom sink. When we pulled it up... there are no words to describe how disgusting the mold was. This was growing just 12 inches from where I brush my teeth and put on face lotion. GROSS!  In fact, I was debating about taking some before and after photos, but it grossed me out too much.

I ran downstairs to get a mask and gloves because I didn't want to touch it or breath it while cleaning. I had heard about the Thieves Household Cleaner being great for mold. I have some, but quite honestly, it smells like Christmas, which is awesome, but not the smell I want for day to day cleaning. I use my own essential oil blend for an all purpose cleaner.  But I did have some on hand because I knew it was a heavy hitter for those cleaning jobs that require a tougher all natural product.

Spray... spray... wipe... wipe... spray...spray... wipe... wipe.... and the mold was gone. GONE. Completely, 100% gone.

I'm a firm believer in essential oils. But I was still pretty shocked at how well it worked.  My bathroom smelled like Christmas for about two days, but the peace of mind knowing the mold was gone was worth it.
