Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Migraine attacks started for me in my teens. They got worse in my 20s. In my early 30s they went completely out of control with an attack lasting 3 months. My doctor - one of the top migraine doctors in the world - diagnosed me with Severe Chronic Migraine including Status Migrainosis - which is any migraine attack lasting longer than 3 days and unresponsive to medication of any kind. My only option for possible relief was a minimum 5-day IV protocol of a drug called DHE at a hospital in Chicago. I left the hospital feeling better and thought it was just a fluke.

A little over a year later, I would find myself back in Status Migrainosis. I was forced to quit my job because my performance was 30% of what was needed. My cognitive processing and memory had been severely impaired. I would be hospitalized 2 more times for Status Migrainosis.

I was unable to perform basic household chores. Good days were days spent on the couch rather than in the bedroom. My doctor declared me disabled and told me I would never work again. She also said there was no more she could do for me, except hold me at this point as long as possible, but that slowly I would slip and become increasingly worse. I was 38 years old and my life was over.

At this point, my family started begging me to try Young Living essential oils. I finally gave in to their persistence and began by applying Copaiba to my neck and shoulders. I get tears when I remember the day that it occurred to me that the pain I left the hospital with 3 times, and the pain my chiropractor couldn't adjust away was gone! Supporting my muscles was helping. I was a believer.

Here is what I have discovered is absolutely imperative for my wellness:

Liver and Kidney support are crucial. I know that sounds crazy. But, search for the Juva Cleanse oil blend on this site. I'm not the only one with a testimonial like this. I have found that I need to do 1 drop 2x daily every 3 months, with Juva Cleanse. My overall well-being increases significantly when I do this. The frequency and severity of my attacks also drops significantly.

For kidney support I find benefit from the K&B tincture: 2 half-droppers, once daily. I can't explain the connection but everyone can see the connection. If our organs don't have the support they need other things in the body suffer. When we support the potential for many things to improve is there.

Antioxidant support with NingXia Red - 1 ounce daily. 4-6 ounces during any attack lasting more than 24 hours. An article has been published in the International Headache Journal about a doctor who discovered that most of his migraine patients were extremely low in antioxidants.

Omega essential fatty acid support with MindWise - 1 T daily. 2-3 T during an attack lasting more than 24 hours.

Endocrine Support with Progessence Plus and Dragon Time - My menstrual migraine attacks used to always be my worst, lasting a minimum of 10 days. Endocrine support has allowed my body to heal itself. My menstrual migraines now last 1-3 days. I use 12 drops Progessence Plus applied as 3 drops 4x daily. I use Dragon Time applied to the outside of my feet for 1-3 days prior to menses.

In addition, 3-4 days prior to menses I alternate M-Grain and Frankincense in the diffuser every other night.

During an attack, I like to support my body with Peppermint, Copaiba, and M-Grain applied where I feel pain. I will re-apply up to every 20 minutes for an hour or two as needed. I also like to apply the DiGize blend to my stomach and abdomen.

If an attack lasts longer than 24 hours, I will support my body with veggi-capsules with 5 drops each of Frankincense, Copaiba, and Oregano or Cypress. I will do this 5x a day until the attack subsides.

I have also discovered that my body has to have oil-infused supplements or my wellness suffers. I need SuperB, Multi-Greens, Sulferzyme, and many others which I alternate month to month.

Before hearing of Young Living I was experiencing 25 severe migraine attack days per month and averaging 1 hospital stay per year and multiple visits to the local ER. I could not interact with my husband and daughter on an emotional level and all our hopes and dreams for the future were exchanged for the goal of simply surviving hour to hour.

Now, after 2 years with Young Living, my quality of life has improved significantly. Everyone can tell. I experience about 10 mild to medium attack days per month. I am being the wife and mom I always wanted to be. I am working - something my doctor told me I would never do again, in January of 2014 - from home, sharing Young Living brings hope to others the way my family had the courage to share hope with me.

We are so thankful for Young Living and their quality Seed to Seal process. Because of Young Living's extensive line of essential oils and blends I was able to get the support my body needs. Because of their commitment to quality and unique processes unlike any other on earth, their products have the constituents my body needs.

Wellness, purpose and abundance ARE possible. May God - the creator of these plant extracts - be praised!
