Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I absolutely CAN NOT LIVE WITHOUT the allergy trio: lavender, lemon, and peppermint essential oils.

I have bad seasonal allergies and when I experience a sneezing attack I rub the trio blend that I make on my nose and it instantly goes away! Allergies no more! I usually only need to apply it once or twice a day!

My 8 year old has the same sneezing attacks I do and I made her a roller bottle more diluted than mine and she swears by it. She always asks me for it!

Here is the recipe I came up with based on some reading I've been doing:

* 5 ml glass bottle
* 15 drops of Lemon oil
* 15 drops of Lavender oil
* 15 drops of Peppermint oil
* Fill the rest with Coconut oil

I love my pure essential oils and you will too once you start experimenting with them.
