I teach middle school science in an inner city school, and am always looking for more ways to focus on health for my students.
I have found that my students love being in our classroom, as I wipe a drop of Lime oil on the edge of each long table each morning. It puts the kids in a positive frame of mind, and they comment on how great our classroom smells!
After lunch, when they come in hyper and not ready to focus, I wipe a drop of Lavender oil on each long table. This helps them calm down, and get ready to work again.
