I fell and injured my right shoulder February of 2015. It was very painful to try to get dressed, even sleeping was difficult. Each time I tried to pull the blanket up around my neck or turn over, the pain in my right arm woke me up. It was a shoulder injury but the pain was focused in my upper arm.

I had heard a lot about Helichrysum and decided to order it in April of 2015. When it arrived, I honestly didn't expect much. I had been dealing with the pain by then for 2-3 months.

I rubbed a drop into the back of my right arm first, the relief was almost instantaneous - to the point I believed it must not have been hurting me to the extent I thought, maybe I put it on the wrong part of my arm.

Next I rubbed a drop in the front of my right arm where I was feeling a significant amount of pain - same result, almost instant relief. I was in such disbelief! As I researched it, I was reading that it's because the oils help tremendously with muscle spasms.

Then I decided to try a less expensive oil on it, Marjoram, it worked equally as well. Nearly any oil I put on it seemed to work.

I decided to order the daily supplements from the essential oil company and within 10 days of taking them, I was finally able to shake my carpets, make my bed, get dressed, etc.

I only wish I would've tried essential oils sooner. I had heard how well they work but a part of me didn't really believe it, unfortunately.
