Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I suffer from psoriasis. First of all, it is a gut issue. When I eat clean and as paleo as possible, the flare ups are less frequent.

However, essential oils are my friend when having issues. The best for this are: Lavender, Bergamot, Sandalwood, Tea Tree (Melaleuca), and Chamomile. Rose is excellent too, but it is very expensive. I often don't have it on hand.

I simply mix these (about 3-4 drops each) with organic virgin coconut oil and rub the mixture into my skin. My flares go down within an hour. I would think that this combo would aid with excess as well.

I hope you get psoriasis relief like I did!
