From the time my daughter was born, she never slept through the night. At the most she would sleep for 4 hours at a time. She is 18 months and even at 1 she didn’t sleep longer than 3-4 hour lengths.

We have since decided to make a bedtime rub that we put on her feet and back. It consists of whipped coconut oil, beeswax, and shea butter. I add a few drops of Lavender, the Stress Away oil blend and Cedarwood.

Fortunately she now sleeps for about 6 and sometimes 7 hours straight through the night. Plus she doesn’t wake up super fussy. I started seeing results within a couple days.

I now use this on my 3 year old as well.
