If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable.
I have used PanAway, Deep Relief and Ortho Sport massage oils to calm the great aching in my lower back. I applied a few drops of these oils topically and breathed into the discomfort.
I sometimes alternated between these oils mentioned above for daytime and evening times. I also used the Valor oil blend as a layer oil. I would apply PanAway and then put Valor on top.
I also used a heating pad made up of rice and essential oils. This was a wonderful support! I used it a lot at night and it was so helpful. The key is to re-apply the oils when you need to.
I love being able to move freely again.
