I really love how Lavender oil has become a routine for my teen. When she started with her monthly cycle she was always in excruciating pain. I was not so sure what to give her so I started researching a reference book and tried a few different oils.
The main one that did it for her was Lavender. So you can guess why it quickly become her favorite oil. Now when her monthly cycle comes in, she grabs the oil, puts two drops on the inner ankles area of her fee, and rubs it in.
The first time we tried different oils but the pain wouldn’t subside. It was very hard for her, but fortunately we discovered that Lavender was the best option for her. Since then she uses it each month. She grabs her bottle of Lavender oil and, a few minutes later, viola!
It is such a blessing to know that we can take care of female pains with a natural resource.
We are so blessed!
