Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I had reactive airway develop after pneumonia and bronchitis 5 years ago. It left me with a terrible phlegmy cough that made me sound like I had a chest infection and I was always clearing my throat from phlegm.

Finally I got fed up and tried using the RC and Raven oil blends. I did this through inhalation, applied a few drops on my feet using the Vita-Flex lung sinus points, and on my chest and lung area. It was a dramatic improvement and continues to get clearer and better.

Here is another thing that has worked well for me. Use 3-5 drops of Orange oil swished in your mouth and then swallow. It also greatly decreases coughing and phlegm production. I do this twice a day morning and night before bed. When taking the oils internally, make sure the brand of oils you are using is very high quality.

I also used a drop or two of Lemon oil on my chest as well. BUT be careful, as I noticed after 10-12 days of oils on the chest every night - made my skin slightly irritated. I stopped for a while and just use oils on me feet, but will continue soon.

I have been doing this regimen for about a month now and things have improved about 85%. So very happy!
