I have really bad restless legs, especially at night when trying to sleep. I was using medications and then a friend turned me onto oils.

I tried a few different things and then a friend sent me some information about using Peace & Calming and Lavender. I fill a 10ml roller bottle with 12-15 drops of the Peace & Calming and the rest with carrier oil like almon. Then I roll that on the bottoms of my feet.

I also fill another 10ml roller bottle with 12-15 drops of Lavender and roll that on the backs of my calves and the tops of my thighs. I do this just before bed and it works great.

I no longer use medications.
