Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have had great success using Oregano, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Orange, and Peppermint essential oils to help remove the candida from my body, specifically thrush in my mouth. I put a drop or two of these oils on the bottom of my feet after washing. A drop or two in a gelcap twice a day, morning and evening. Sometimes put a drop on the candida itself using the Tea Tree oil. I did this several times a day along with other things, like taking some apple cider vinegar in some water.

I did this regimen for a few days and saw results. It took a couple of weeks to get fully well. I have also put a small drop of Oregano oil in my mouth, followed by Rosemary, and coconut oil. The Oregano is strong, so it needs to be followed by a carrier oil like coconut oil, or olive oil.

Going forward, I put the oils on the bottom of my feet a few times a week as a preventative measure. I will take the oils in a gelcap when I feel the need to, like when I notice the candida starting to reappear.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: candida — "As proven in vitro, essential oils [Eucalyptus, Melaleuca Alternifolia, Thyme, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Cinnamon, Grapefruit, Clove, Sandalwood, Peppermint, Sage] represent a cheap and effective antiseptic topical treatment option even for antibiotic-resistant strains [such] as MRSA and antimycotic [antifungal]-resistant Candida species."Link
2.Associated topics: candida — "Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain. One study evaluating treatments for children with eczema found [that] it was therapeutic touch from the mother that improved symptoms; in other words, massage with and without essential oils (including lavender) both reduced the dry, scaly skin lesions. Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."Link
3.Associated topics: candida — "It is suggested that the in vivo effect of tea tree oil ointment in the therapy of fungal infections of the skin and mucous membranes as well as in the treatment of dandruff, a mild form of seborrheic dermatitis, may be at least partly due to an antifungal activity of tea tree oil."Link
