Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Months ago I visited my doctor and got the results of my cholesterol test. I had been taking 4 drops of Lemongrass essential oil and had added 4 drops of Clove essential oil just in the last month before I had the blood work done. I had been taking the drops twice a day, and the test results showed that my cholesterol level went down!

Since my blood work has been so great, I thought that I would try 3 instead of 4 drops at each dose. Now I just came from another doctor visit, and my cholesterol is down yet again! The doctor was very pleased and even gave me a hug.

Meanwhile, I had not been able to drop an ounce of weight in 15 years, no matter what I did or did not eat. Then suddenly about 5 weeks after I started eating gluten free, I stepped on the scale one morning, and I was down by 5 pounds. From that point on, I continued to go down.

Also prior to starting the gluten-free diet, no one could find a reason for my shortness of breath, and I had been using an inhaler for it quite frequently. Well, since I started the diet, I have lost my shortness of breath and have now lost a total of 17 pounds!

In 2015 I had cut my use of essential oils in half because the doctor just was not seeing what they were doing. And when I went to my next appointment, he said, "What did you change?" I told him that I had cut the amount of essential oils I had been using in half. His next words to me were, "Well, don't do it again!"

LOL. My strategy worked!

8/23/16 Update

I have since lost a total of 43 lbs avoiding gluten containing grains. I have also noticed that my skin problem, rosacea, is totally gone. That is another PLUS.

My cholesterol is still down to the normal levels taking the Clove and Lemongrass essential oils--6 drops of each in a capsule every evening. I do it once a day, usually after dinner, since I forget it earlier in the day.
