Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have been a longtime sufferer of allergies and sinus congestion. This is mostly due to a lovely deviated septum that I was born with.

I have tried every allergy and decongestant medicine out there with no success. After finding therapeutic-grade essential oils, I have finally found some relief. Bonus is that I do not have to take a pill or shoot chemicals up my nose every day anymore!

For allergies, I put a drop of Lavender essential oil on a Q-tip and twirl it around in my nose. This may sting initially, but it stings in a good way that lets me know it is working.

For any sinus headaches or pressure, I apply Peppermint essential oil to the bridge of my nose and on any sinus spots (eyebrows, cheekbones, etc.). The Peppermint oil relieves any of these uncomfortable areas immediately. Then I reapply every two hours or as needed.
