Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

My rarely ill husband was coughing loudly and frequently enough to awaken me from a good sleep.

I listened for a little while to see if it was steady or increasing in frequency. As it turns out, the cough was steadily repetitive and definitely disrupting his sleep, even though he was not fully awake.

I woke up my husband and had him put a drop of Lavender essential oil under his tongue for as long as he could hold it there. Then I also applied Lemon and Frankincense essential oils to the bottoms of his feet.

Within 5 minutes of putting the Lavender under his tongue, my husband's coughs were decreasing in frequency. And about 15 minutes after I had finished applying the oils to his feet, he was no longer coughing.

About 25 to 30 minutes after applying all three of the essential oils, my husband started snoring! This is actually how I know that he is sleeping deeply after he has been awakened.

I did not sleep after that, but my husband sure did. In fact, he did not cough again at all!
