Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

I have been suffering for a few years with hot flashes. They kept getting worse and worse to the point where I was on the verge of getting some sort of prescription medication (which I told myself I would never do) to get rid of them.

I do not know why it took me so long to do a search at to see if there might be an essential oil that could help. Guess what? My new best friend is Peppermint essential oil.

Whenever I feel a hot flash coming on, I quickly grab my Peppermint oil and dab a little on the back of my neck, temples, and wrists. I will sometimes rub some over my arms as well.

Wow! Within a few seconds I start to feel a cooling sensation. I am sleeping better and no longer have to frantically whip out my fan! I am so thankful for the other women who have shared their experiences to benefit others.

Most notably, inhalation of essential oils can communicate signals to the olfactory system and stimulate the brain to exert neurotransmitters (e.g. serotonin and dopamine), thereby further regulating mood."Link
6."The present study indicated that lavender aromatherapy as a potential therapeutic modality could alleviate premenstrual emotional symptoms, which, at least in part, is attributable to the improvement of parasympathetic nervous system activity. This study further implies that HRV could evaluate the efficacy of aromatherapy using various fragrances to relieve premenstrual symptoms, and ultimately, support the mind and body health of women."Link
