I have been suffering for a few years with hot flashes. They kept getting worse to the point where I was on the verge of getting some sort of prescription medication to get rid of them, which I told myself I would never do.

I do not know why it took me so long to do a search at Oil-Testimonials.com to see if there might be an essential oil that could help. Guess what? My new best friend is Peppermint essential oil!

Whenever I feel a hot flash coming on, I quickly grab my Peppermint oil and dab a little on the back of my neck, temples, and wrists. I will sometimes rub some over my arms as well.

Wow! Within a few seconds I start to feel a cooling sensation. I am sleeping better and no longer have to frantically turn on my fan!

I am so thankful for the wise women who have shared their experiences to benefit others.
