I do not like inflammation! Who does? Well, recently I had a wakeup call when I skinned my knee as I tripped on a step.
The surface wound healed far more slowly than I thought it should have. Then my entire knee developed an arthritic-type pain. My thought was, "Oh no, inflammation in addition to the surface wound!"
Then I remembered the therapeutic value of Frankincense essential oil in this regard. My body was given the ability to bring healing once more, as I set up the line of defense with this essential oil.
I am grateful for the work of others to bring us the blessings of therapeutic-grade essential oils.

Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."||Link|
