Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

My son has had a very bad snoring problem, as he has had swollen adenoids and allergies.

As prescribed by my Ayurveda teacher, I have been placing a few drops of Eucalyptus essential oil in a bowl of steaming hot water. Then my son has been inhaling it, which helps to clear his congestion.

I was told to then follow this procedure with some Ayurvedic drops in my son's nose and with some Ayurvedic herbal tea. These, along with a good diet, have also helped to clear the congestion and to reduce the swelling of the adenoids.

After following these steps, my son usually needs to blow his nose quite a lot to clear the mucus. We actually started noticing results immediately on the first night.

After the first few weeks, my son stopped snoring completely and did not need any more treatments. On occasion when he gets mildly congested again, we repeat this procedure, which stops the congestion in its tracks immediately.
