Often I'll feel pain in my right kidney when I'm overdoing and really fatigued. I've discovered my favorite oil is Nutmeg - it gives my emotions a lift, I feel calmed and grounded, and the pain goes away right away.

Recently I felt called to Geranium. Wow, it felt so good to me. I don't know why that one. Sometimes I'll use the Endoflex oil blend, it also is calming but doesn't give that grounding soothe that Nutmeg does. Sometimes Spruce or Pine work for me, I think that's when adrenals are involved. They are reported to have some cortisone like supportive action.

In hot weather, I've used Peppermint also for when I feel sluggish energetically there (lower back). It gives freshness and seems to clean up the energy, and cools me down in the hot weather.
