I combined the following ingredients to make my infant daughter's bedtime massage oil:

* 2 tablespoons coconut oil
* 2 tablespoons avocado oil
* 10 drops Lavender essential oil
* 10 drops Cedarwood essential oil
* 10 drops Peace & Calming essential oil blend

This was the start of my interest in essential oils. I started giving my baby massages using this nighttime rub before bed.

It used to take me two hours to get her to fall asleep at night. Then she would wake up literally every hour. I decided to give this a try and truly believe this has been the key to our sleep success!

On the first night of giving her a massage, she fell asleep within 40 minutes, and she stayed asleep and did not wake up to nurse until 1 AM. She was 7 months old at the time.

Now my daughter is 10 months old, and she continues to get her massages nightly as a part of her routine. She continues to fall asleep within 30 minutes and stays asleep, only waking once or twice to nurse!

All three of the essential oils in this nighttime rub are very relaxing. I recommend Peace & Calming for anyone with kids. Cedarwood triggers the release of melatonin. Lavender is one of the most relaxing oils. My entire family has benefited from the use of these essential oils!
