Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. For 11 years I was depending on what was recommended by my doctor to help me with my mood. I slowly cut my dose back every week for a few months until I was completely off of it. I consulted with my physician the whole time. He supported my decision 100%.
During that time:
1. I applied Joy essential oil blend over my heart every morning.
2. I added a drop of Orange essential oil to my water daily.
3. I applied Stress Away Roll-On to my wrists 3-4 times a day.
4. I applied Valor essential oil blend on my neck morning and night.
5. I used Peace & Calming essential oil blend and Ylang Ylang essential oil as needed for those extra stressful days.
I no longer have to apply all of those essential oils daily. They are used more on an "as needed" basis now.
