I've had my Premium Starter Kit since mid January; and of course, since I have a 2-year-old, I've been putting Lavender essential oil to good use on her feet every night to help ease her into a nice sleep. She's always been a great sleeper, but the Lavender seems to help calm her down if she is hyper or upset before bed.

I've since ordered Peace & Calming and Cedarwood and made a "Bedtime Rub" consisting of:

1/3 cup coconut oil
12 drops Lavender
12 drops Cedarwood
12 drops Peace & Calming

I whipped it all together and stored it in a glass jar. This rub has been AMAZING for her. I've been using it for 3 nights in a row so far, and every night and for one nap she has fallen asleep within 5 minutes of me laying her down. She is instantly calm and relaxed.

I also plan to use it for myself if I'm having a hard time falling asleep. It would be great for children AND adults.
