Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

The Raindrop Technique addresses one layer of my health that allows me to do better with anything else that I am doing to address my health. I think "release" is definitely a good word to describe what happens in Raindrop, as it "opens up" my system to function better.

What I've noticed since my session:

* My communication has improved. I am more free and articulate, don't struggle for words, or feel self-conscious. I feel more free to communicate.

* My thoughts are flowing much more normally. I was chronically overwhelmed and backed up in my thoughts and in how to get to things I needed to do.

* Areas of my back that have had chronic tension (at shoulder blades and in the middle) are freed up and mobile.

* The area of my lower back that had an injury is quickly improving.

* I crave water throughout the day and not sugar. In fact, I almost can't stand anything sweet.

* Energy levels are much better.

* I am not needing as much sleep.

* I feel really happy and content. I am enjoying engaging in conversation with people, even strangers.

* I have a ton going on in my schedule, but I still feel more present instead of out of step.
