Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have trouble sleeping. I always have. Getting five hours of sleep was good for me. Before I could go to sleep, I'd have to do crypto quips or logic puzzles so my mind would calm down.

Then I was in a car accident, and as a result from a head injury, I now have epilepsy. So not only do I have trouble getting to sleep, but I have trouble sleeping well because of my neck/back injury. If I don't rest/sleep well, it spirals downward the next day because of seizure susceptibility.

Lavender, the Peace & Calming oil blend, and the Purification oil blend all seem to help with sleep, but RutaVaLa Roll-on is the one that does the trick for me.

I admit that my dog, my kids, and my husband all lovingly complain about the "stench" of RutaVaLa. Any of you who have tried it know that it stinks so bad that it could run your dog off. In fact my dog high-tails it when I pull it out! LOL.

I generally apply RutaVaLa on the soles of my feet as I climb into bed. I put my feet together and drop 1-2 drops on the joint area near the toes and rub my feet together so I don't have to get it on my hands.

Fortunately, the smell is SLOWLY starting not to bother me as much. I have been using it now for several months. If I don't use it, I don't rest well.

My husband now believes in essential oils, and my kids do too. And for the last two nights, my husband has asked for me to put RutaVaLa on his feet at bedtime too. He has gotten up both mornings and said how much better he slept and rested!

Praise the Lord for good rest... and yay for RutaVaLa!
