My daughters were both waking up constantly at night for months. Each of them would come in my room 2-3 times a night because they had woken up and wanted to be tucked back in bed. By the time I would get to bed and wake up, I had been woken up anywere from 3-6 times during the middle of the night.
I received my Premium Starter Kit in December 2014 and applied a drop of Lavender essential oil to each of their feet. I also put one drop of oil on their pillows.
For the first time in months, both of my daughters slept all night long and didn't wake up until it was time to get up that morning. It was the most rested I had been in months -- as well as for both of them.
I now continue to do that every night. On the nights that I have forgotten to do it (or we were late and rushed getting them to bed), they wake up. I have also been successful using Peace & Calming essential oil blend, and they both sleep all night when applying it the same as the Lavender essential oil.
