Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
Joy essential oil blend changed my life. Like so many people, I did not want to tell others about my depression. I did not want to be put on mind-altering drugs either.
Young Living changed my life in just one month of using Joy essential oil blend. As soon as my Premium Starter Kit came in the mail, I began applying two drops of Joy on my heart in the morning and evening. It does not need to be diluted with a carrier oil (such as organic olive oil).
At first I did not see a difference but continued to use it because the scent was so nice, but within a month I felt like a brand new person. Wow, I was amazed! Everyone started asking me what was different about me.
I no longer want to sleep the day away or stay in the house. I am enjoying life once again, and so can you! You will not be disappointed.

|5.||"The ylang ylang oil caused a significant decrease of blood pressure and a significant increase of skin temperature. At the behavioral level, subjects in the ylang ylang oil group rated themselves more calm and more relaxed than subjects in the control group. These findings are likely to represent a relaxing effect of the ylang ylang oil and provide some evidence for the usage of the ylang ylang oil in aromatherapy such as causing a relief of depression and stress in humans."||Link|
|6.||"Most studies, as well as clinically applied experience, have indicated that various essential oils, such as lavender, lemon and bergamot can help to relieve stress, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. Most notably, inhalation of essential oils can communicate signals to the olfactory system and stimulate the brain to exert neurotransmitters (e.g. serotonin and dopamine), thereby further regulating mood."||Link|
