The older I get, it seems like Ol' Arthur likes to pick a spot on my body to torture. It is usually on my left side and involves my shoulder, hip, ankle, or knee... and it is always before it rains.
Deep Relief Roll-On comes to the rescue! This roll-on contains several essential oils in one bottle. It has Peppermint, Lemon, Idaho Balsam Fir, Copaiba, Wintergreen, Helichrysum, Vetiver, and Palo Santo.
I just roll it on where it hurts, and within minutes the area feels better. This usually lasts a few hours, and then I just reapply.
My fiance also likes to use Deep Relief Roll-On for the discomfort in his heel caused by plantar fasciitis.

|1.||"We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."||Link|
|2.||"Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."||Link|
