I had plantar fasciitis in my left heel, and, with the use of stretches and expensive shoes, it eventually healed. Now it has arrived in my right heel.

I started using the PanAway essential oil blend, but it was not as effective for me as Lemongrass essential oil. I used the Lemongrass, just a drop or two on my heel, with nice success in keeping that swelling down for HOURS at a time.

Three weeks ago I thought to myself, "Hey, why not try the four oils that I have heard work for severe back injuries and see if I can get this to disappear, not just managed."

So I started using the Aroma Siez oil blend, Peppermint, and Lemongrass essential oils, topped with Copaiba essential oil to magnify. Within 2 days the aching subsided substantially, to the point that I was even waking up in the morning without any discomfort.

Now after 3 weeks, it is nearly gone completely, but I am continuing to apply these essential oils ongoing to see it totally go away. This morning as I type, I have gone 24 hours after the last application and am still free of discomfort.

I am thanking the Lord for his plants!
