I have had chronic sinusitis for years, and it has given me the most awful acid reflux. I had to be on acid reflux medication for years!

I have been ingesting 2 drops of Lemon and Peppermint essential oils in my daily water, and I have not had to use anything else for it in a month! I am so grateful for these wonderful essential oils.

And guess what else this combo is good for... dieting too! I am going to start putting these essential oils in a capsule along with Grapefruit essential oil, taking twice a day to augment appetite suppression.
