I have used a drop or two of Rosemary essential oil along with Cypress essential oil in conjunction with "dry skin brushing" the lymphatic system, which provides stress relief, removes dead skin cells, reduces cellulite, improves digestion, and enhances kidney function.
I have also on the odd occasion had a pain in the kidney/adrenal area of my back. I would find it especially painful while lying in bed and would have to roll over to stop the aching.
I was researching this issue in the essential oils reference book (essential oil reference book) and came across the blend of Nutmeg, Rosemary, and Clove essential oils. I now use these oils for a few days from time to time and find that any stress or emotional or physical distress is diminished.
I have much gratitude for these essential oils!
