Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

After the birth of my third child, I was able to use Young Living essential oils and supplements to help lactate better than I ever had before. With my older two children I always had to supplement milk because I just could not produce enough.

* I applied Fennel essential oil on each breast prior to bedtime

* I drank 2 ounces of NingXia Red juice twice a day

* I drank half my body weight in water daily

* I would add Lemon, Grapefruit, Lime, Orange or Citrus Fresh essential oils in my water to make it taste better

I was able to nurse my baby for over a year, and he was never underweight and always 50% or above in weight size for his age.
