I contracted mono (AKA mononucleosis, Epstein-Barr virus, or EBV) from my child who caught it from another child. The virus attacked my immune system, and I was unable to move without major discomfort. The doctor confirmed this diagnosis with a blood test.
I was introduced to the Raindrop Technique and believe that it helped with the virus from getting worse. I felt much better after experiencing the Raindrop Technique.
Then I continued for a week with the following regimen:
* I used Inner Defense capsules or 3 drops of the Thieves essential oil blend in vegetable capsules twice daily.
* I had the Raindrop Technique done on my feet every other day.
* I used the "mono recipe" from the essential oils reference book on my feet numerous times a day:
* 3 drops Thyme
* 3 drops Thieves
* 3 drops Mountain Savory
* 2 drops Ravintsara
For a week I ate a raw vegan diet with water only. I ate no dairy, sugar, wheat, or meat.
I returned to the doctor after ten days, and no virus was found in my blood at all. I also lost ten pounds from the detoxing.
Additionally, my 3-year-old son had blood work to prove that he was able to overcome this virus that supposedly cannot be treated otherwise.
