Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I suffered from a terrible bout of mononucleosis years ago, which then led to chronic fatigue syndrome (also known as CFS, myalgic encephalomyelitis, systemic exertion intolerance disease or SEID). I have tried so many things over the years to help, and there are a small handful that I can say truly without a doubt, have helped me. Here is one:

Several times a year, when I overdo it, one of the first signs that I am about to become very sick again is painful tender neck glands. This usually leads to a sore throat and extreme fatigue.

I have found that at the moment I start feeling the tenderness of my neck glands, if I apply Thieves essential oil blend to them, they will calm down quickly, and I will not have the relapse. I usually put 1 to 2 drops on each side of my neck and will repeat every 4 to 6 hours until there is no sign of tenderness coming back. (Plus I get a nice taste of cinnamon in my mouth!)

By the way...drinking NingXia Red juice daily has also helped me tremendously to not relapse as often and have a better "base."
