Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
I use the following blend of essential oils whenever anyone in my family has a cold. It is so comforting!
12 drops Eucalyptus (I like Globulus or Radiata)
4 drops Peppermint
3 drops Rosemary
I either diffuse this blend or use 10 drops of the blend along with 2 cups of epsom salts for a cozy bath.
Even my husband and two boys who are not always crazy about the smell of essential oils are completely fine with the aroma of this blend.
P.S. If we have a nighttime cough along with a cold, we use 2 drops Thieves essential oil blend on the bottom of each foot. My whole family receives relief within minutes from this! (I wrote about this in a separate testimonial.)
