With her last pregnancy, my wife developed severe restless legs syndrome (RLS). We tried direct massage, which would often provide temporary relief. At the time we were not using essential oils.

After 16 months has passed since my son's birth, my wife only has sporadic problems compared to when she was pregnant. Last night was one of those nights.

My wife applied a few drops of both Valor and Peppermint essential oils with about a quarter-size amount of carrier oil (fractionated coconut oil) directly over the area where she was experiencing discomfort.

Within 5 minutes, she said she was experiencing relief from the discomfort and slept soundly without being awakened by it. I only wish I had had those essential oils when she was pregnant because I know the RLS drove her crazy and kept her awake many nights.
