I have been struggling with sleep issues due to menopausal symptoms for quite some time. I am bound and determined to get through this without even trying any pharmaceuticals.

I have applied Progessence Plus and a supplement of magnesium, which helped somewhat, but I was still waking throughout the night and having horrible night sweats.

I started taking Young Living's PD 80/20 about two weeks ago. I have slept soundly every night since. If I do wake, which has happened a few times, I apply a drop of Progessence Plus (which I keep on my nightstand) on the outer ankles and over my ovaries. I then go fast asleep.

In addition to taking the PD 80/20, I have continued taking the magnesium. I believe magnesium helps somewhat, but the PD 80/20 is definitely helping. I cannot express enough the overall benefit of sound sleep.

What works for me may not be the best for you at this time, but being able to share these testimonials gives us something to try. If this does not work, try another method suggested by someone else. Just don't give up!
