I took a yoga class that really worked my shoulders and upper back. I was sure that I was going to wake up with sore muscles and was hoping to prevent that.
I rubbed on a couple drops each of Aroma Siez and PanAway essential oil blends, diluted in V-6 Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex, once that evening and once the next morning.
I cannot believe it, but I never developed sore muscles! In fact, I barely felt a thing over the next couple of days!
It is hard to prove a negative, but there is no other reason that I would not have sore muscles because my shoulders were BURNING in class for extended periods of time.
