Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.

We have been using several essential oils for a couple of months on scrapes, for teething, and for many other daily challenges. Then we put them to a larger test....

One summer day our family enjoyed an outing at a local pond with a beach. Some of us swam in the water, and some of us did not. All of us ended up with severe nausea and vomiting... except me!

At the first sign of nausea, I rubbed Peppermint essential oil across my abdomen. I still felt yucky but did not throw up, even after holding the one-year-old who vomited on me several times.

Of course then I put Peppermint oil (diluted with a carrier oil) on the one-year-old's abdomen, and she stopped throwing up. So next her two-year-old brother got the same treatment. I love the many uses of this essential oil!
