A couple of months ago my husband was not feeling well (sore throat, body aches, etc.). So I started giving him some Inner Defense, spraying and rubbing Thieves in his throat, and rubbing Thieves on his feet. Within a couple of days he started feeling better but continued the protocols until all was gone.
Then my 3-year-old started having horrible fevers (as my husband was getting rid of his symptoms). I took my toddler to the pediatrician, and they confirmed strep, which was probably what my husband had too. They put my son on a 10-day antibiotic, which obviously I was not happy about.
Then, not surprisingly, I got some kind of an infection too! I immediately started with the same protocol as my husband. Within 2 days I was feeling so much better.
Inner Defense is such a natural way to go. And when it is a bit hard for my stomach to handle, I just rub on some DiGize or put a few drops in a gelcap -- and it's all good. I feel so empowered to be able to help my family naturally.
