Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I've been using a standup desk for the last year to spend less time in a chair during my workday. However, I noticed that at night I was increasingly getting "jumpy feet", as we call it in our family. I am not sure it was truly "restless legs syndrome" (RLS), but it was annoying enough that it was impacting my sleep.

After doing some Internet research, this is what has worked for me....

Each night I put a couple drops of Lavender, Frankincense, and Chamomile essential oils into a small bowl, along with a couple drops of a carrier oil. The mixture is rubbed onto my feet. If there is any left over, I put it on my temples, forehead, and the back of my head.

Not only are there no "jumpy feet" symptoms, but the brew is like a sleeping pill! I am amazed at how soundly I sleep now.
