Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Yesterday I woke up with a slight case of vertigo. Not knowing what to use, I grabbed my Lavender essential oil and rubbed it around my ears, especially on the bone behind my ear.

I then made up a capsule containing the "allergy bomb" recipe:

* 4 drops Peppermint

* 4 drops Lemon

* 4 drops Lavender

Within 2 hours the vertigo was gone. I was amazed!

I am going to pass this on to friends and family in my life who also may experience vertigo. Hopefully they will not have to use other potentially harmful interventions in the future.

I hear negative experiences from vertigo and wouldn't want anyone to experience it. Essential oils are definitely my choice for combating it.
