You know the feeling. It's been a long, busy day, and another one is coming tomorrow. It's late at night, and you finally get everything done and climb into bed. But sleep doesn't come, and the clock is ticking.

Now I have a solution... in fact, several. I simply open my bottle of Peace & Calming essential oil blend, rub a little bit onto the bottoms of my feet, and climb back into bed. Before long, I am in dreamland.

Sometimes I use Lavender essential oil. I breathe it in, put some on my pillow, some on my feet, or even take a bath with epsom salts and Lavender... or Peace & Calming. Or I use Valor in some of the same ways. Valor also works very well for sleeplessness.

I am so thankful that I have a whole arsenal of Young Living essential oils for this issue and oils for countless other health issues that arise, without having to buy dangerous and expensive pharmaceuticals. A few drops are all that is needed, so the oils last a long time.
