Warning: Not all essential oil brands are the same quality. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that the oil you are using is made from pesticide-free plants grown in optimal conditions. Also, the brand should be a 100% pure, high-quality essential oil that does not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask trusted friends to find a brand that is reputable.
I am new to essential oils. In a recent kayaking trip, I kept most of myself covered (i.e., visor, long sleeves to my elbows, etc.). But I knew my knees would get sunburned, as they are right there in the hole in the kayak (if you sit with your knees up, which, of course, is the comfortable position when just floating and paddling and enjoying the great outdoors).
When I got home, my knees just burned from the heat. I searched on the Internet for what essential oils to use, as I am new at this. The results of my search indicated Lavender. I put it on, and I was hooked on essential oils from that point on. It was instant relief... no burning in a warm shower the next day. Amazing!
